Eric & Christa

Long, long ago, the band I toured with, went out with Eric’s band for a couple weeks. They were metal bands, naturally. So of course Eric convinced Christa to bring me in for their wedding in Gainesville.

It’s always an interesting experience to meet the bride as I’m walking into the hotel room where she is getting ready. But everyone was awesome and it was an incredible day.

Their ceremony was on the campus of the University of Florida, and had massive windows. The light in there was so good.

I was hoping Eric would get the band back together and play the wedding, to no avail.

Even without a metal reception, their wedding day was incredible.
